Bugs[edit]

  • Picking up the slate before speaking to Andrea can cause her not to talk to you. Leaving and coming back or attacking someone in the bar and then surrendering can fix this. Using console commands to unlock the door upstairs and speaking to Briggs is also a solution. v1.8.88.0 Steam

Companion Affinity[edit]

There are multiple affinity events that can happen during this mission.

Affinity Stage Andreja Barrett Sam Coe Sarah Morgan

Beggar asked for a tip after giving Player info - Player said yes and gave generous tip.[affinity 1]

Beggar asked for a tip after giving Player info - Player said they refuse and they do have enough money.[affinity 2]

-

The player is going to help a Neon street gang - the Ebbside Strikers. They are dangerous and do bad things, but they are much much better than the other gang they fight - the Disciples. The player hasn't expressed why they're helping clearly, so it's more siding with the lesser evil in general.[affinity 3]

Mission Stages[edit]

The Audition (City_Neon_Gang01)
Stage Finishes Mission Mission Entry
0(STAGE 0)
1(ON START)
50(Digger has started the scene)
100(Talked with Digger - Donated)
The Ebbside Strikers are a local gang that are holed up at Madam Sauvage's Place. Apparently they've been taking a beating from the Disciples, a rival gang. Maybe the Strikers could use some help against them?
150(Talked with Digger - No Donation)

200(Talked with Andrea)
I've met up with one of the Ebbside Strikers at Madame Sauvage's Place. Her name is Andrea, and she wants me to speak to her boss, Briggs. I should follow her to see if there's a place for me within their ranks.
210(Walk and talk to Briggs)
220(Andrea enters Briggs room)
250(Shot down Andrea)
300(Talked with Briggs (received quest))
According to Briggs, if I want to join the Ebbside Strikers, I need to find out where the Disciples got their serious military hardware, which has changed the balance between the gangs.
310(Answered 1st Interview Q)
320(Answered 2nd Interview Q)
350(Rejected Brigg's offer)
400(Picked up the Slate)
I found a slate which shows that the Disciples have some Kore Kinetics military hardware which has made them substantially more dangerous. The Ebbside Striker leader, Briggs, should be informed.
410(One of the bad guys was killed)
500((Complete) Returned Slate to Briggs)
Briggs was excited to have a solid lead on how the Disciples have such hi-tech weapons. I passed my audition and I'm officially a member of the Ebbside Strikers.
Notes
  • Any text displayed in angle brackets (e.g., <Alias=LocationHold>) is dynamically set by the Radiant Mission system, and will be filled in with the appropriate word(s) when seen in game.
  • Not all entries may appear in your log; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the mission is done.
  • Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with missions that have multiple possible outcomes or missions where certain tasks may be done in any order. Some stages may therefore repeat objectives seen in other stages.
  • If an entry is marked as "Finishes Mission" it means the mission disappears from the Active Mission list, but you may still receive new entries for that mission.
  • On the PC, it is possible to use the console to advance through the mission by entering setstage City_Neon_Gang01 stage, where stage is the number of the stage you wish to complete. It is not possible to un-complete (i.e. go back) mission stages, but it is possible to clear all stages of the mission using resetquest City_Neon_Gang01.
