Bobby Katz's birthday is on June 11th. His parents arrive late to New Atlantis and he is almost given to foster parents.
When you first arrive at New Atlantis you see him as part of a refugee group from Starstation RE-939 beeing welcomed by UC Functionary Brooks and someone from UC Security. Brooks tries to console him because his parents Martha and Philip are missing, but Bobby is adamant that they will arrive soon.
