Talia O'Shea is a resident of New Atlantis and the only staff member of the MedBay. She is a middle-aged woman of Irish descent with long brown hair, wearing a Filthy Physician Uniform.

O'Shea was born and raised in the Well. As an adult, she joined the UC Navy as a combat medic and served in the Colony War. After the war, she returned to the Well, and around 2320 became the nurse at the MedBay.
