When you first arrive at New Atlantis you can see UC Functionary Brooks and someone from UC Security welcoming a group of refugees from Starstation RE-939 consisting of Helena Chambers, Ricardo Bosch, and Bobby Katz. Brooks reprimands Chambers for failure to initiate evacuation protocols, praises Bosch for his actions during the attack, and tries to comfort Bobby because his parents are missing.
