Xenofresh Fisheries (also known as Xenofresh Industries) is a corporation which owns and operates the city of Neon primarily as a means to produce and sell the drug Aurora. It originally built what would become Neon as a fishing platform, but after the discovery of a fish with psychotropic properties repurposed it into a city that caters to recreational drug tourism. Aurora is illegal throughout the rest of the Settled Systems, giving the city a true monopoly on Aurora usage. [1]
