LIST (also known as the League of Independent Settlers) is an organization that helps colonists who decide to settle in independent space.
Life outside the United Colonies and Freestar Collective is difficult and dangerous. Aggressive fauna, extreme environments, Spacers, and other outlaws are constant threats. An equipment breakdown can threaten the entire colony. LIST assists independent settlers by finding ideal planets for settlement and by supplying them with communications satellites. While there are no formal obligations and relations can sometimes break down, independent settlements generally try to assist each other in difficult times.
