Generdyne Industries is corporation based in Neon. Its only business is operating the Conduction Grid, which harnesses the energy of the lightning frequently striking Neon to power the city, through its facility in the Underbelly. Under stealth CEO Benjamin Bayu, Generdyne charges the citizens of Neon exorbitant fees for its energy.

Generdyne was founded in 2232 by Phylicia Corbin in order to commercialize her invention of the Conduction Grid. Despite receiving steady income from the grid, Generdyne has fallen on hard times due to mismanagement of its R&D division by incompetent CTO Breyson Bayu. Breyson was installed by his corrupt brother Benjamin, who acts as CEO under the pseudonym Mr. Harata in order to exposing his conflict of interest as the administrator of Neon. He became the CEO after arranging the death of the former CEO, who refused Bayu's demand for a share of the profits and threatened to report Bayu to the Freestar Collective. COO Ayumi Komiko runs the day-to-day operations of the company.
