Official Summary[edit]
"As a newly-recruited Deputy in the respected Freestar Rangers, the player is carrying out an investigation into a mercenary company called The First that's been threatening farmers in an effort to seize their land for some unknown purpose. The player tracked the First to their hideout and confronted their leader, Major Paxton Hull, who revealed the true architect of the conspiracy, HopeTech founder and president Ron Hope. Now the player is going to confront Hope in his starshio factory to learn the nature of his plans, and bring him to justice one way or another."

The player chose to let Ron Hope off the hook for the sake of his employees, who'd be out of work with the probably collapse of HopeTech if the player had chosen to expose Hope's scheme against the farmers of the Freestar Collective. This demonstrates that the player is so compassionate toward the workers that they're willing to place their fates above justice, letting Hope off the hook so his workers and their families won't suffer. It also shows great principles, since the player turned down a bribe to keep Hope's secret, but kept the secret anyway out of concern for the employees.[affinity 1] |

- If an entry is marked as "Finishes Mission" it means the mission disappears from the Active Mission list, but you may still receive new entries for that mission.
