The Rock is a large building in the center of Akila City, hosting services and the Freestar Rangers' headquarters. The building is owned by the City.
The bottom floor (accessed through the main door on the West of the building) contains an infirmary headed by Mary Cartwright, as well as a large taxidermy Ashta.
A bar, tended by August Bowen, occupies the second floor. It includes a VIP room, bathroom, and kitchen. The bar also extends to a small mezzanine on the third floor. The rest of the third floor is occupied by storage rooms. A small lounge and an exit to Akila City are located at the Eastern end of the third floor.
From the third floor lounge, a staircase goes up to the Freestar Rangers' headquarter, which occupies the fourth floor, with a storage room, an office, two bedrooms, a conference room, and a bathroom. At the Eastern end of the floor, a door opens to a balcony in Akila City. Finally, the small fifth floor is entirely occupied by Daniel Blake's office.
Several large balconies on the Western side do not appear to have any accesses in game.
