The Derelict Mule in space.
Derelict Mule is a derelict Class A Mule where the ship's O2 systems failed.
The O2 systems onboard started to fail, and the only person on board who knew how to fix them, never fixed them, due to them prioritizing a game. Which led to everyone on board succumbing to asphyxiation.[1]
