An Exposed Root System is a point of interest found on planets with the Exposed Root System (Primordial Network) trait.

You must scan an Ancient Ortet Nodule to discover the associated planetary trait. The mass of branches has the following description when you hover over it with your scanner: "This is one of the ruderal plant masses from which the local vegetation is derived."

Notes

• It may be that the planetary traits share icons. As in, both the Exposed Root System trait and the Primordial Network trait are distinct, but share the same icon on the planet survey infobox. More research is required.
