Emmet Goodman can be found at a Warehouse in Ebbside during Shadows in Neon, guarded by Seokguh. He claims to be an export and import agent (and loan shark), who inherited the business from his father. He is dunning Billy Clayton for his dead brother's debts, and may have been responsible for the brother's death. Billy Clayton and Jaylen Pryce mention that Emmet would not be missed.
