Dialog[edit]
If you speak to her, she will ask if you are there to talk to the governor, with some variation depending on if that is currently Governor Glen Hurst or CDR Vincent Woodard.
- Hurst - "Hello! Do you have business with Governor Hurst?"
- Woodard - "Hello! Do you have business with Acting Governor Woodard?"
- I do. I need to speak with him about something.
- "Ah, this is a good time to take advantage of his availability, then. He's currently not too busy. Please, go right ahead."
- I don't. I would just like to speak with him.
- Hurst - "I see. Well, luckily, Governor Hurst enjoys visitors and his schedule is fairly empty at the moment. I see no problem with it."
- Woodard - "Ah, Governor Woodard is still fairly busy with the transition, but he told me he's always happy to speak with you. Go right ahead!"
- [Lie] I do. It's urgent!
- Hurst - "Oh my... In that case, please go right ahead. He's not busy at the moment."
- Woodard - "Oh my... Governor Woodard has instructed me to direct all urgent matters directly to him. Please, go right ahead!"
- I suppose I don't.
- Hurst - "Well, points for honesty, I suppose. If you change your mind and need to speak with him, I'll tell you that his schedule is wide open at the moment. It'd be a good time to see him."
- Woodard - "I know what you've done for Mars. Governor Woodard wanted me to tell you that you're always welcome in his office if you need him for anything."
- Thank you!
- "You're very welcome!"
- Oh, okay.
- "You're welcome."
- I was going to go talk to him anyway.
- Hurst - "Not if I had anything to say about it, but lucky for you, I've already given you permission. Word of advice: it would be prudent to drop the attitude. The governor has little patience for people who speak to him like that."
- Woodard - "Normally, I wouldn't stand for such an attitude, but given what you've done for us, I'll allow it. But, it wouldn't kill you to mind your manners, would it now?"
Her other greetings include:
- "I'm here to help if you need anything."
- "I hope your day is going well."
- "The governor is in currently."
- "Welcome to the office of the governor."
- "Hello, dear."
If you stop speaking, she will say:
- "Take all the time you need."
- "Cat got your tongue?"
- "Ah... you'll tell me when you're ready I suppose, dear."
She will end conversations by saying:
- "Have a pleasant day."
- "Take care, now."
- "Goodbye now!"
