Apollo Tower is an empty residential tower in New Atlantis.

There is an unused apartment in the tower. To access on PC, use the console and run the command `coc CityNewAtlantisApartmentApollo01`. It appears to have been planned as the apartment for Wendy, a lawyer and former associate of Ellie Yankton. You would have to convince her to return to Gagarin Landing as part of 
Breach of Contract.
