Star Child was the leader of the cult which committed ritualistic suicide onboard the ship Clemens' Truth. His note, Star Child's Note, suggests that he may have led the mass suicide in the hopes of infamy, as opposed to truly believing what he preached.

At some point he lodged a complaint on the Generdyne Industries' Customer Service Computer, presumably while high on Aurora.
