Lt. Jillian Toft is the first officer of the UC Vigilance and an officer in UC SysDef. She is a woman of English descent with a brown ponytail, wearing a SysDef Formal Uniform.

Toft was born in the Well, the underground slums of New Atlantis. Coming from a poor background, she took to a life of crime at an early age, earning herself an extravagant lifestyle. She was disowned by her parents, and responses by taunting them with her ill-gotten wealth. Eventually, she was arrested by UC Security.
Personality[edit]
Toft is a professional with a strong hatred of the Crimson Fleet. She is firmly tight-lipped about her criminal past, but willing to share it with those she trusts.
