Wyatt Earp is the alias of Henry Howard Holmes, a clone of an old American con artist and mass murderer of the same name. He is a resident of Crucible on Charybdis III, where he runs a local inn, sells food and drinks, and attempts to keep the peace. While not a member of any of Crucible's major factions, he works closely with the Pragmatists.
Holmes was not originally intended to be among Operation Starseed's clones. His DNA was swapped with that of "Wild Bill" Hickock by a member of the science team interested in studying the effects of nature versus nurture. A previous iteration of Holmes in the Facility apparently turned to murder, but the current iteration is incredibly nervous at the prospect of lethal violence, even to protect his secret.
