Orval Romack is a resident of the Den, and the proprietor of the local bar. He is a middle-aged, balding white man with black hair, who has worked on the Den since its "glory days" in the Colony War, and longs to see those days return.
Romack is an outspoken United Colonies nationalist who idolizes the UC military and refuses to associate with or serve anyone he sees as disrespecting it. In particular, he is an admirer of Vae Victis, and believes his execution for war crimes was a travesty of justice.
