The Civilian Survival Helmet is a Helmet added by the Civilian Survival Suit Creation. It can be found on a mannequin to the left of the main desk of Outland in New Atlantis.
It has the following perks:
- O2 Filter — -25% oxygen consumption.
- Analyzer — +10% damage to scanned targets.
- Sensor Chip — +20% accuracy while firing on the move.
