Frank Yilmaz is a resident of Stroud-Eklund Staryard, an employee of Stroud-Eklund, and the lead designer on the Kepler Project.
Yilmaz is visionary starship designer who craves total creative power over his projects, demanding high budgets and sparing no expense in the pursuit of luxury and quality. His vision for the Kepler is a luxury pleasure yacht with all the bells and whistles, to cater to the Settled System's elites.
Given his desire for creative freedom and his unwillingness to compromise, he is extremely frustrated that thr Kepler is stuck in committee, and is the least willing to work with the rest of the team.
