Currently, it says:
He is largely responsible for setting the events of the game in motion by having unearthed multiple artifacts. Two years prior to the events of the game, Barrett discovered Artifact SIGMA in the Constellation archives and received a vision from it. He then commissioned Argos Extractors to excavate two other artifacts, one on Ka'zaal and one on Vectera. Both digs were supervised by Lin. On the latter commissioned dig, he encounters the Player.
My understanding of the dialogue is that he found an artifact (which?) in the library, then commissioned a dig on Ka'zaal, where he received a vision from the second Artifact SIGMA. Otherwise, we'd have another person (Lin? Heller?) having a vision, and neither mention it. Any CK details?
