By Order of the High Council:
Effective immediately, the project is to be placed on indefinite suspension. Securing and rebuilding Dazra is of the highest priority
All personnel are directed to ensure that, upon departure, maximum feasible quantities of construction materials are transported to support the city's reconstruction efforts. Additionally, it is imperative that the bunker entrance is securely locked down before leaving the site.
Operations on the Kappa Site will resume once reconstruction efforts in the capital are adequately underway and conditions allow.
