Hugo Fournier is a tall, slender gentleman with a French accent, an excellent tipper, well-mannered, but a bit hot-tempered and stubborn. He was betrothed to someone called Octavio after a five year relationship. They used to have romantic dinners at the Dawn's Roost. During a final dinner before they were to pledge their life together they had a relationship ending argument.
