I followed up on your testimonials and I must say they were impressive. And persuasive. Although your penchant for "frankness" has been on your last three reviews... Well, I'm going to follow up with Sales and Marketing. It may be an uphill battle - but your point that the on-the-ground engineers can smell... dishonesty... may be correct. Certainly our up-sells and acquisition rate has climbed significantly since you joined us.
