Captain Oswalt	Blood work results: Albumin levels at 5.2 g/dl, out of healthy range. May be indicator of liver or kidney problems. Blood Urea Nitrogen in the high range (19 mg/dl) but otherwise normal. Potassium levels low due to possible diuretic intake. Additional notes: Patient complained recent vomiting, abdominal pain, and blood in stool, consistent with arsenic poisoning. Patient was advised to take further lab tests but refused.
First Mate Rakell	Blood work: Platelet count in the low range at 170,000 ml. Slightly elevated albumin/globulin ratio could be a sign of health issue. Fasting blood sugar level is 102 mg/dL. Advised drinking more water. Additional Notes: Patient has asked to speak to a mental health expert due to a number of issues. Will comprise a list for them to go over.
Crewman Waylon Swift	Bloodwork Results: Sodium levels at 155 mEq/L, outside the healthy range. Patient mentioned symptoms of dry mouth and stiffness. Suggested eating less Chunks. Additional Notes: None at the moment.
Crewman Alexis Ibanez	Blood work: No outstanding issues. Healthy blood, bone and liver. Vitamin D on the slightly low range, as is normal for space. Recommended supplements. Additional Notes: Complained of sleep issues due to robot patrols. No medication necessary. Will talk to Captain Oswalt about possible remedies.
