The Scaled Citadel is a building situated in the hidden city Dazra. It functions as the home of the sitting leader of House Va'ruun. Additionally the Scaled Citadel functions as the final resting place of their founder, Jinan Va'ruun.
The High Council of House Va'ruun has guided House Va'ruun since its creation from up high within the structure.
