Summary

This template creates an alphabetical menu on the page which links to headers for each letter of the alphabet.

Parameters

LetterMenu

Parameter	Scope	Description
#ABC...Z	optional	Define any letter of the alphabet, or #, to omit it from the linked list. See below for examples
2	optional	Use to add any links to the end of the letters. See below for examples
