Displays popup text when you hover over other text. Please be aware that any hover text used will be inaccessible on phones and tablets.

| 1 | required | The text that should pop up. |
| 2 | required | The text to display on the page. |
| dotted | optional | Set to "no" to disable the dots under the text. |
