Starfield talk:Volii Alpha
Volii... I mean... What is this planet?
There's a lot do be discussed beyond the human elements of this planet. In my research on the planet, I do not think Volii Alpha has a crust or rocky mantle... I think it's a giant ball of water floating around a star because there's literally no data that describes the ecology and gravitational anomalies (can be observed in the Starmap) show gravitational waves passing through the radius of this specific celestial body, indicating low density and high mass. Water is heavy, after all.
Neon is on a giant buoy, and I think Bayu knows more about this planet. I think Bayu understands what this planet is and the opportunity here for science, generally. Grav drives are neat, but if your planet itself could use environs for infinite energy? Think about it.
