Starfield:Nova Connection System

Nova Connection System, also known as NOVACS, is the inter-company standard for starship connection points. This standard enables modules from any company to seamlessly connect to each other. Use of this standard was a requirement of using Grav Drives. This standard was patented and enforced by Nova Galactic until it's dissolution[1]. It is unknown what the patent's current state is, however all known starship manufacturers continue to abide by it.
