Engineer Q. O'Bannon - GENSEC Level 04 Maintenance Request GDM-022-199A
Issue: Blown Transducer Location: Laboratory (Underbelly) Current Status: Fixed
Notes: Someone decided to hook up a 70 GW rated coupling directly into one of the transducers and blew it up like a firecracker. Can someone talk to these clowns about safety and using proper insulation? Where they're finding all of these poorly-trained technicians is anyone's guess.

Issue: Clogged Drainage System Location: Administration (Trade Tower) Current Status: Fixed
Notes: Found a 12cm blockage consisting of ground up plastic, metal and glass that's been flushed. Can't be certain, but I'm pretty sure someone up there is zoning with Aurora and then trying to get rid of the evidence. I'll pass this up to either Mr. Nashida or Ms. Komiko to handle.

Issue: Fire Damage (Wall Panels, Floor, Ceiling) Location: Laboratory (Underbelly) Current Status: Fixed
Notes: A fire in the laboratory caused extensive damage to one of the R&D areas. Thank goodness nobody was injured. Had to spend a week elbow-deep in melted plastic and carbonized metal doing demolition and then about three days replacing the walls, ceiling, and floor panels. These experiments are really getting out of hand. Is anyone practicing safety down there? Does C.T. Bayu even care?

Issue: CGrid Panel Replacement Location: Conduction Grid Current Status: Fixed
Notes: This is the fourteenth CGrid panel to fail this year. Probably shouldn't be surprised, seeing as the tech is over seven decades old. Biggest problem is that we need to climb the entire array to replace the panels, and I don't enjoy dangling from a safety harness that high over the city. Would be nice if the brains in charge of this place would modernize the system.
