Job Posting: Executive Assistant
Seeking a highly motivated individual to assist the Executive in charge of Mining Operations in day-to-day responsibilities. Prior executive assistant experience preferred, but not necessary. Must be willing to relocate to Cydonia. Internship is unpaid, with option for permanant role at end of contract.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative assistance, which may include drafting and editing communications on the executive's behalf, and keeping memos
- Managing the executive's daily calendar
- Organizing meetings and appointments
- Performing minor accounting

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to proactively solve problems and make decisions in the interest of the executive
- Ability to multitask
