I understand your concerns and have relayed them to our superiors. However, this is one of the reasons we are not allowing weapons or ammunition to find their way into the supplies - we dare not risk the people becoming greedy and standing against authority, no matter how unlikely that might be. |

Our smugglers have missed three resupplies now. If we give any more supplies to Dazra we risk shorting our military of resources. I understand that we are in peacetime currently, but I feel it would be dangerous to continue to supply the people while leaving little reserve for authority. |
