Effective immediately, you are to suspend all activities on the Kappa site project. Priority is now the reconstruction of our capital. You are ordered to transport as much material as possible to support these efforts. All personnel are to ensure that, upon departure, maximum feasible quantities of material are transported to support the capital's reconstruction efforts. Additionally, it is imperative that the bunker entrance is in lock down before leaving the site.
