S.P.E.C.T.E.R. Management	As Administrator, it's important to establish the right culture. These are lessons I learned when earning my Master's in Business Administration, as well as during the development of the S.P.E.C.T.E.R. Management System. As management, it's our job to SUPERVISE aggressively, PROVIDE the relevant feedback, ENGENDER the appropriate amount of fear, so they CORRECT their behavior and TRAIN their minds to EXPECT your presence, Lastly, REPEAT the process. Evacuation Drills	As you may have heard, we are changing our evacuation protocols. Lieutenant Abreu will brief all of you with the details.
