Daily Reports
Daily Report #33	Mining operations complete. Large stores of palladium and tungsten recovered. Exact weight unclear due to large quantities of ice we had to bring on board. Will update with final data once ice melts. Beginning the return voyage.
Daily Report #34	Ore has largely thawed, indicating we may have as much as six tons of palladium and three tons of tungsten. Very successful haul.
Daily Report #35	Three members of the crew have fallen violently ill. Symptoms set in quickly and included vomiting, loss of muscle control, and high fever. Unclear what is causing the outbreak among the crew. Could be contagious as some others have reported feeling unwell. Ens. Chitman is attempting to diagnose further.
Daily Report #36	Two members of the crew have succumbed to this disease, including our navigator. Five more are now severely ill. Fever has begun to set in for me as well. Ens. Chitman can do nothing to stop its spread. There is nothing we can do.
Daily Report #37	Four more died yesterday. I fear today will be my turn. It is like nothing I've felt before, like my body is locking up from the inside, never to release. I can hardly move my fingers to type. Logging one final report for posterity, just in case.
