Martial Arts

Martial Arts is an Expert Physical skill. This skill improves your ability to your unarmed attacks and your ability with melee weapons, primarily through providing various different perks. The first perk simply increases your chance of a critical with melee or unarmed attacks by fifteen percent. The second perk adds a chance to disarm enemies with melee or unarmed power attacks. The third perk decreases the damage you take while unarmed or using a melee weapon by ten percent. The final tier has you reflect half the damage when you block a melee or unarmed attack directed at you.

Martial Arts is unlocked by spending a total of 8 skill points in the Physical skill tree.

After investing the necessary eight skill points to unlock this skill, the challenge for rank two is simple enough. Just punch enemies until you have dealt the necessary 250 damage. The challenge to unlock rank three and four will likely take considerably longer. Consider dismissing any companions, and continuously attempt to disarm people with the least damaging power attack available to you. However, the random nature of of your chance to disarm someone may make this take quite a bit of time.
