imprisonment[edit]

Mir’za was called by the Great Serpent to combat the non-believers in the United Colonies, but she fell into an ambush and her vessel was incapacitated after having attacked UC ships, leading to her confinement in the UC Security Office, where she was visited many times by Keeper Aquilis.

Helping the promised[edit]

Mir'za is available to assist devoted followers of the Great Serpent. When individuals who follow the Great Serpent approach her, expressing their crisis of faith and the lack of trustworthy individuals to confide in, Mir’za acknowledges their predicament. She emphasizes that they find themselves in a strange land filled with deceit and ignorance, and they must remain steadfast. Failure to do so will result in their demise upon the return of the great serpent.

Mir'za assures them that other belief systems are mere falsehoods, designed to mislead and confuse the faithful. She encourages the doubtful believer to seek solace in feeling the presence of the great serpent amidst the vast expanse of the stars. Only then can they truly comprehend the inevitable rise of the Great Serpent.

The Story of the Pilgrim[edit]

In response, Mir'za asserts that, the keeper is unaware of the truth and dispatches another individual to pose further persistent inquiries.Asserting that “The great serpent waits in the shadows. He will entwine the universe and all but the faithful will be made as dust. That is the truth. No more. No less.”

She proceeds to inform the former miner about the pilgrim's tale, recounting how Jinan Va'ruun encountered the unbeliever. The unbeliever proceeded to make a false prophecy to Jinan, but Jinan's unwavering faith in the Great Serpent led him to swiftly strike down the unbeliever. However, the unbeliever miraculously returned, prompting Jinan to realize that the Great Serpent was testing him, and he stood firm in his beliefs. The two engaged in a fierce battle that lasted for over one-hundred and twenty rotations of the planet. "Remember these four battles, Jinan," the Unbeliever taunted, "Remember these one-hundred and twenty rotations." Jinan, recognizing the blasphemy, delivered the final blow. The former miner expresses their understanding of the story. Mir’za then declares that they are finished and requests to be left alone.
