Cyber Runner's Cipher is a magazine in Starfield. It can be found at various locations in the Settled Systems and grants bonuses when picked up. The magazine is about tech and hacking.

Bonuses

Bonuses are granted, in order, as the magazines are picked up. This means that the first magazine picked up, regardless of it's location or name, will always grant the first bonus.

1. Laser weapons permanently do 5% more critical damage.
2. Adds a bankable auto-attempt for hacking.
3. Adds a bankable auto-attempt for hacking.
4. Stealth is permanently increased by 1%.
5. Basic and Advanced Technology skills are permanently unlocked 2% faster (on top of any other bonuses).

Location: Slayton Aerospace (map), on a coffee table near couches in the large hallway.
